Roszdravnadzor makes a decision to cancel state registration of a medical device in the following cases:
a) application for cancellation of state registration of a medical device submitted by an applicant;
b) decision made by the court on violation of the rights’ holder regarding his rights for the results of intellectual activity and similar means of individualization during circulation of medical devices;
c) provision by a federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation of information evidencing that there are facts and circumstances threatening to life and health of citizens and medical professionals during the administration and operation of the medical devices based on findings of its governmental control over circulation of medical devices.
